Blues Traveler Saratoga Performing Arts Center Concert reviews
Smashing Pumpkins were amazing!
The whole experience was unbelievable. The backstage performance was awesome and fun, and I would like to say "thank you" for allowing true fans to experience that. Blues Traveler has been my favorite band since I was 13, so seeing them perform was a dream come true. The new album is phenomenal. I liked that the security was super tight, as there were some losers (one tried to choke me with my scarf... I saw her get hauled out of there shortly after) that really didn't belong there. The gated area by the sound booth was too far away, but it seemed like the only place to go with some of the idiots that were there. Our VIP guide, William Smith, was a true pro. I had the opportunity to chat with him during the concert, he is a great guy, very friendly. Photos with the band would have been the only thing that could have made the experience any better. I purchased the Platinum VIP tickets, it was worth every penny. The new band is amazing, as good as (if not better than) the original line up. They were all meant to play together, and they proved that with their flawless performance. My only complaint is that there should have been a reserved place at the front of the floor for VIP ticket holders. Thank you for playing the Edmonton show, I will never forget it.
